Our History

The house was designed and built as a residential unit for our family in 2010 and only in 2016 did the idea of Villa Leo (named after my grandfather who owned the land on which now stands the house).
This land is important from the landscape aspect and for this reason the whole structure is equipped with systems for energy self-sufficiency: solar and photovoltaic panels, pellet boiler, 2 wells.
The pool is above ground just because we do not want to interfere in the invasive strategy with the surrounding landscape and for us this is a strong point, because we were able to get a nice and comfortable accommodation for our guests while maintaining the natural appearance of the area.
